Its important so that you can get a great understanding and to know what question you are answering.

It is important to define and understand a task before you begin because you will get a better understanding on what you are told to do. You will have a better understanding. and also to make sure you information is appropriate for your task.

Do you think it is right to use information from the Internet with out giving the source credit? Is it okay to take credit for the information of someone else? Or do you think this is stealing?

To be honest, the internet isn't the only thing that you can get information from. And no it is not right to copy someone's else work and not give the source credit.. And yes it will be called stealing if you do take someone's information and get credit for it. It wouldn't be fair at all. You should give someone else work credit. It wouldn't be nice if you didn't do that.

How do you know what information is fact and what information is fiction in the Internet? What do you do to determine what information you can trust?

Well you should look in any books that deal with that information. So you can go to the library and if you are going to read then you will find just enough information. Not everything in the computer is correct. And that way i will read both information from the computer and out the book and if it matches then you will know whats fiction and whats the facts.

Can you believe all the information that is published (available) on the Internet?

Yes there is. I do believe that that information that is published is available on the internet. Maybe not but most of the times you will find information on the internet..

How do you think your life would be different without Computers?

Computers are part of our education.
When we need to look up something the computer give us all the information.
And half of the work that are given to us are being printed from the computer so that will be a big difference for all of us students.
And the chatline wouldnt exist.

What do you think is the first thing that you should do when you have to solve an information problem?

Determine all possible sources meaning that you should brainstorm. And ask questions on what you have to do.

What happens if someone breaks the Netiquette guidelines or social rules?
Whatever you do just respect the rules. And if you do break the rules well there is consequences you have to deal with.

Why do you think that Netiquette is necessary for safe and secure online communication?

The more safety the more secure people will feel. Its really for the best to have Netiquette.

Many sites require you to have ID's and passwords. Why do we need to keep these safe?

Because there are certain information that you might not want to be exposed. And you might not want everyone to know your information and if they do find out then they are most likely to take your identity from you whether if you know or not.

Why is it very important not to give out personal information on the Internet?

It is very important not to give out personal information on the internet because anyone can find where you live at or they can stalk you anywhere you go. And that's not a good feeling. When someone you don't know get your personal information, you never know what might happen so you really have to be careful. There are alot of sick people out there in the world and they dont care about your feelings so they can do anything to you if they so happen to find you.
There was a time where a young girl gave out her information and later on they found out that she was kidnapped by the same person she met on the internet by giving out her information to a stranger. So that's why it is very important not to give out your personal information on the internet.

What is your definition of Cyber Safety?
Yahoo is an example definition of cyber safety to me. its a good w.b.
like good websites and the internet.

What do you think you will use technology for in the future?

In the future i think i will use technology for any reasonable purposes. I want to be a business woman so basically iam going to be working with computers which is technology.

How did the Presidents speech inspire you and other students around the country? Include information from 1 of the articles that you read.

I think the presidents speech was great and to students in this school. Alot of students needed speech because not many students are dedicated to their work that they are given in school.
And a lot of students think that they aren't smart enough or that they cant get the work done. But Obama inspired us students that we can do it, and that we can do anything if we want to and putting our mind up to it. And paying attention to your teacher and listening to your guardians. Most of all he also mentioned something about being responsible, We are responsible for our actions and our work and if we dont get our work done well then we wont ever pass our classes.
That's why i think that his speech was very important.

What do you think you must do to be a successful student?What habits or qualities does a good student possess? How is being a good student important for your future as citizen of the USA?

I think that i should do my work and listen to my teachers and make sure i take notes at all times and let nothing distract me from doing my work if i want to be a successful student. A good student will get there work done and make straight a's or B's on there report card and does what they have to do when it is told to do. That's a student that has Qualities of student posses.
