Do you think it is a sign of strength or weakness to use the Internet for bullying? Why?

Its a weakness for the use of internet for bullying because that obviously shows that you are afraid and not brave enough to step up to the person in reality. And its a strength to use the internet for bullying if you know that you can step up to the person in reality. That would means you are brave and have alot of confident and no fear or that person.
